About us and this website
This website is run by Hilltop Bahuudeshiya Seva Mandal Trust, Seminary Hills, Nagpur, Maharashtra, for Hilltop Durga Mata Mandir. It lets devotees offer seva online, book prasad and visits, and follow what their seva was used for. By paying or booking here you agree to these terms.
Offerings are voluntary
Every seva, donation or offering made here is a voluntary religious contribution to the mandir. You receive nothing in return except the prasad, visit or other seva you specifically booked.
Indian citizens only
Under India's Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA), we can accept online offerings only from Indian citizens, whether living in India or abroad (NRIs). We cannot accept offerings from foreign nationals, OCI card holders or foreign organisations.
Before every payment you must declare that you are an Indian citizen and that the offering is from your own funds. We record that declaration with your order. A false declaration is your responsibility, and we may decline or return an offering that does not meet this rule.
Amounts and payment
- All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed by Razorpay.
- If you pay with a card issued outside India, your bank may convert the amount to your currency and may charge its own conversion or international-transaction fees. These are borne by you.
- Your seva is confirmed, and a Seva ID issued, only after the payment succeeds.
How sevas are carried out
Sevas are performed on a best-effort basis according to the temple's schedule, the availability of samagri and the pujari's timings. Dates and times may shift for religious, weather or safety reasons. Updates appear in Track My Seva.
Manokamna Jyoti and bidding
- Regular jyoti numbers are offered at a fixed amount, to whoever pays first.
- Special numbers are offered by bid. Each new bid must be higher by the bid step shown on the page, and bidding closes on the evening before Ghatasthapana.
- If you are outbid on a special number, your offering is not lost: ₹5,001 of it becomes a regular jyoti for you.
- While someone is paying for a jyoti it is held for them for a short time, so you may need to pick another number or try again later.
Messages you write
A prarthana you submit may be shown on the Digital Patrika after the committee approves it. Please keep it respectful and free of abuse, advertising, phone numbers or anything unlawful, and do not include other people's private details or children's names. We may edit or not publish any message.
Refunds
All offerings are voluntary and non-refundable, except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Privacy
How we handle your details is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the trust is not liable for losses caused by outages, delays at your bank or payment provider, or events outside our control. Nothing here limits any right you have under law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version, and the version in force when you pay applies to that payment.
